  • "Shop" refers to the establishments listed on DEX offering products and services for ordering.
  • "Order" refers to the request placed by a user through the DEX platform for the purchase and delivery of items from a shop.
  • "Driver" refers to individuals utilizing the DEX Driver App for product deliveries.

3. Use of DEX

  • Users and Drivers must be at least 18 years old to use DEX.
  • Users and Drivers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  • Users and Drivers are prohibited from using DEX for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Drivers must adhere to the terms outlined in the DEX Driver App for efficient delivery services.

4. Ordering and Delivery

  • Users may place orders for items from participating shops through the DEX platform.
  • DEX is not responsible for the quality of the products provided by the shops.
  • Drivers using the DEX Driver App agree to follow delivery protocols, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Users may be charged delivery fees based on their location and the shop's policies.

5. Payments

  • Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their orders.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • DEX reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users may cancel orders within a specified time frame, as indicated on the platform.
  • Refunds for canceled orders or unsatisfactory items are subject to the shop's refund policy.
  • Drivers must follow cancellation and refund procedures outlined in the DEX Driver App.

7. User Conduct

  • Users agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of DEX.
  • Users and Drivers must not use DEX for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DEX, including logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of DEX GROUP. Users and Drivers may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from DEX without permission.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us at DEX. This section outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information to ensure a secure and personalized experience. By using the DEX platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
